We designed a seamless and user-friendly claims process for India’s top insurance company, ensuring efficiency, clarity, and trust. By simplifying complex workflows and enhancing accessibility, we created an intuitive experience that empowers users to navigate claims with ease and confidence.
Problem Statement
The existing claims process was complex, time-consuming, and often confusing for users, leading to frustration and delays in claim submissions. Users faced difficulty navigating the system, understanding the required steps, and tracking their claims progress, which negatively impacted user experience and satisfaction.
Project Goal
The goal of this project was to redesign the claims process to be user-friendly, efficient, and transparent. By simplifying workflows, improving navigation, and ensuring clear communication, the aim was to enhance the overall user experience, reduce claim processing times, and increase customer satisfaction and trust in the insurance company.
Style Guide
Text styles
We used General Sans to create a modern, clean, and trustworthy experience for India’s top insurer’s company. Its balanced letterforms enhance readability, ensuring smooth navigation. The font’s simplicity and versatility make the interface professional, and accessible.
Color styles
We used Pink and Dark Blue as primary colors to create a balance between trust and approachability. The F7F7F7 background adds a clean, neutral base, enhancing readability and visual harmony while ensuring a modern and professional look.
Grids
We used a 6-column grid with 24px gutters and margins to ensure a structured, balanced, and responsive layout. This system enhances readability, maintains visual consistency, and provides a seamless user experience across different screen sizes.
